I was impressed right from the start. In the middle of a freezing weekend with no heat, I left a message with a A-Plus Air and received a prompt call back from a kind and professional technician named Alex. He graciously explained that I would not require the entire HVAC unit, but rather only the heater. If the AC parts are fine, then they'll work around them. Amazing!!

After a visit from John in Sales. the work was done courteously and professionally by Alex and Willy for two-thirds of the original quote I got from another company. They went above and beyond. We're extremely happy with the service. Thanks guys.

Today we had our furnace serviced by a gentleman named David. I wanted to follow up in order to express my gratitude for his work. I would like to point out that David was polite, professional, efficient, thorough and knowledgeable. David took the time to make sure that I was kept apprised of what he found and the his plan of action. David was also very polite, friendly and patient with my very curious children.

I think that it is important that as an organization, A-Plus Air is aware of the quality work that is being done by David and I hope that his hard work is not going unnoticed.
